Stress Down Day 2015 is fast approaching!
This SDD we are challenging you to get your stress less slippers on!
Think Ice Bucket challenge, but with slippers, promoting Lifeline!
Lifeline are a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24/7 support and suicide prevention services.
How does it work?!
For a FREE pair of slippers, contact your Slipper Saint below, take a photo of you and your slippers stressing down. Upload and hashtag #StressDown4Lifeline to Chatter, Instagram or Twitter (or all of the above!).
See if you can get your colleagues to join, send them this email and nominate the heck out of them!
Your Slipper Saints are as follows;
Adelaide: Julie Green
Brisbane: Jeremy Birchall
Melbourne: Nicole Peychers
Sydney: Tiffany Soares
Parramatta: Nicole Reid
Perth: Sandra Jackson
All Other Locations: Matilde-Rose Andre
I don’t want to take a photo, but I still want to join!
We get it, some people can’t handle all eyes on them (and their slippers). You can contact the Saints above and purchase your very own pair for around $15. All money will be donated to Lifeline, supporting the life saving services available to all Australians. Donations will be matched by your IAG Foundation.
What about my morning tea?
Of course you can have your morning tea! A little food is always good for stress relief.
So what are you waiting for? Get planning!
